After unlocking Jaeger by completing the quest Introduction you will be able to buy the MP-133 shotgun from Jaeger LL1 for 23,869 rubles.

You can also occasionally find the MP-133 shotgun being sold by Fence.

Scavs

By killing two birds with one stone you can work towards both objectives by killing Scavs and looting their bodies for a chance at finding an MP-133 shotgun.
